R&S WOMENS CHOIRS

My name is Jill Wilson and I am pleased to have the opportunity to be involved with ICDA’s Repertoire and Standards Committee. In addition to my duties of writing a Bravo article and developing a reading session for summer convention, I hope I can be of service in finding quality women’s literature at all levels, seeking out performance/workshop opportunities, and connecting interested individuals with outstanding experienced women’s choir directors.
I direct the Bel Canto Women’s Choir at Morningside College, teach ear training and music appreciation courses, and coordinate the Leo Kucinski Academy of Music. I also serve as the choir director at First Presbyterian Church in Sioux City.
If there is any way I can be of assistance, don’t hesitate to contact me. I welcome any ideas or suggestions and encourage you to take advantage of the communication opportunity on the R&S portion of ICDA’s web site. I know there are a number of outstanding resources here in Iowa and I look forward to learning from you!
Yours,
Jill WilsonWomen's Choirs R&S Chair
