RS COMMUNITY CHOIRS
Hello choral colleagues:
Welcome to the Community Chorus Repertoire and Standards web page. I am thrilled to serve as the Repertoire and Standards Chair for this important area in the choral community. My work with the Des Moines Vocal Arts Ensemble (a community-based ensemble) over the past many years has reminded me of the power of music in our communities and outside the arenas of public schools and academia. My goal is to serve as a resource for you in any way you would like. As such, please communicate freely with me if I may be of service to you.
In addition to the love of the choral repertoire, I understand the constant need and desire for many of our ensembles to find meaningful collaborative experiences. At the core of many of our mission statements is a desire and charge to work within our communities with other entities. If I can help facilitate discussions or be a resource for such collaborations, please don't hesitate to include me in your work and discussions!
I look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
